Total amount and currency (please read)
The display currency and the handling of consumption tax depend on the platform where you buy.

MOSH (readings, online sessions, etc.) — displayed and charged in Japanese yen; prices include tax. International credit cards are accepted (billed in JPY; your card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee).

BOOTH (courses and materials) — displayed and charged in Japanese yen.

Gumroad (app version, etc.) — payment is handled by Gumroad (Merchant of Record ＝ the seller of record), which calculates, collects and remits consumption tax. At checkout, consumption tax (10%) is added to the displayed price (e.g. a ¥3,000 price → about ¥3,300 total), and payment is processed in US dollars (the yen equivalent varies with the exchange rate at that time; a foreign transaction fee may apply).

Amazon (e-books and printed books) — follows Amazon's own display, payment and terms.

Costs other than the product price

If you use the app version — AI usage fees (Anthropic) are billed directly to your own account by Anthropic.

This is not our revenue, and we do not operate Anthropic's service. The amount depends on how much you use it.
The voice uses pre-recorded audio, so there is no charge for voice.

Internet connection charges are the customer's responsibility.

Credit card, and other methods as specified by each sales platform (MOSH / BOOTH / Gumroad / Amazon).

Timing of payment

Payment is due at the time of your order.

Timing of delivery

Download products (app, course, e-book) — immediately after payment is completed, we send the download or viewing instructions.

Readings (written PDF) — after we receive your palm photos and answers, we deliver the reading (PDF) by email within 7 days.

Online sessions — held at the date and time you reserved.

Returns and cancellation

This depends on the product and the platform.

Download products (app, course, e-book) — if something does not work, please contact us first. If it cannot be resolved, or it was not what you expected, we will refund you within 30 days of purchase (processed through each platform's refund function).

Readings (written PDF) — if you cancel before we begin the reading (before you send your photos), we refund the full amount. Once we have begun (after we start writing the reading), by the nature of a written document, we are unable to offer a refund.

Online sessions — follow the cancellation policy on each booking page / MOSH.
